At Sthrn Brew, we want you to love every sip. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. No restocking fee. No final sale items.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@sthrnbrew.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
