Thank you for shopping with Sthrn Brew! We roast our coffee fresh to order, so please allow a little extra time for us to craft your cup before it ships.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and roasted within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Because great coffee shouldn't cost extra to arrive at your door.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via a mix of carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping
We ship internationally! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Estimated international delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use the number to track your package directly with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at customerservice@sthrnbrew.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
